The Manufacturing Production Supervisor will provide direct supervision through leadership, coaching, training, development, allocating work assignments, and utilizing performance feedback. They will lead team members during evening, overnight, and/or weekend shifts, meeting plant and department objectives in safety, quality, service, productivity, and employee engagement. Responsibilities also include supporting shift administration activities like time reporting, attendance control, vacation planning, and overtime, performing regular safety coaching, executing the planned production schedule, supporting employee growth and development, coordinating daily work schedules and assignments, and preparing incoming shifts for success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) AND three (3) years of manufacturing and/or production experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) AND seven (7) years of manufacturing and/or production experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Experience in continuous production operations setting
  • Previous leadership experience, including team lead and/or supervisory experience
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

  • Previous experience supervising hourly direct reports
  • Knowledge of, or ability to learn, Solventum corporate systems relevant to Plant Operations

Responsibilities
