Here, you will make an impact by: Supervising Production, Quality, and Maintenance Staff during a production shift Enforcing EHS and site practices to ensure a safe and professional environment Assigning trained resources to production work Administrating shop paperwork and data entry Dispensing and controlling tools and supplies Resolving or escalating issues occurring on work shift Additional responsibilities as a Plant Leadership team member EHS improvement activities Site performance reporting

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Five (5) year(s) of process manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Three (3) years of leading team members in a private, public, government or military environment
  • One (1) year experience/functional knowledge – MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
  • Current, valid Driver’s License.

  • Formal training in industrial Environmental Health and Safety practices
  • Documentation and record keeping skills
