About The Position

Execution Operations (XOPS) has a need for a 1st shift Production Supervisor at its Andover, MA facility. This position has overall responsibility for a manufacturing operations cell in the Patriot Missile value stream, consisting of 5-15 employees. This individual will lead a team of people in a fast paced and dynamic environment to meet contractual quality, cost, and delivery requirements by planning, organizing, and directing the flow of work. This individual will also be responsible for a safe work environment and will lead and engage in safety improvement projects.

Requirements

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Supervisor, Leadership and/or manufacturing experience.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date

Nice To Haves

• Experience assigning, managing, and measuring work assignments to completion.
• Basic knowledge of theory of constraints
• Experience supervising bargaining unit employees
• Experience leading a team-based manufacturing environment with minimal supervision.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Access) and/or SAP.
