About The Position

EOS Defense Systems USA develops and produces highly accurate, cost-effective, modular and scalable Remote Weapon Systems that satisfy our customers' most demanding requirements in both CUAS and ground to ground missions. We are looking for a Manufacturing Production Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will coordinate plant workflows, schedules production runs, and manages inventory to ensure products are delivered on time and within budget. This is on-site position.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1 year of production planning experience.
• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) software like Epicor, Deltek MES or SAP, plus advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, bill of materials (BOM), and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains master production schedules in the Epicor Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool using demand forecasts and sales orders.
• Collaborates with procurement to manage raw material stock levels and prevent shortages or delays.
• Oversees manufacturing and test progress on the plant floor to identify and fix bottlenecks.
• Acts as a bridge between manufacturing teams, warehouse staff, procurement, and sales.
• Generates performance metrics, status reports, and output documentation for management.
