About The Position

Requirements

High School Diploma
A minimum of 1 year of cGMP, ISO 13485 industry experience.
Ability to check for defects and identify and distinguish between colors.
Ability to read and carefully follow instructions written in English.
Experience in a start-up and/or pilot production environment.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Basic Computer Skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio.
Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills; organized and efficient.
Proven interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; excellent time management skills.
Able to excel in collaborative, fast-paced, and evolving start up environment; able to manage competing priorities.
Superb attention to detail; produces work of exceptional quality and accuracy.
Ability to proactively identify issues and address with solutions-oriented approach.

Nice To Haves

Background in GMP manufacturing and ISO-13485 environments is preferred.
Some exposure to life sciences, diagnostics, and or medical devices.

Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble materials.
Build product subassemblies or final assemblies.
Test products or subassemblies for functionality or quality.
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.
Measure and record data associated with operating equipment.
Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity.
Provide production, progress, or changeover feedback to shift supervisors.
Clean production equipment or work areas.
Separate scrap or waste materials for recycling, reuse, or environmentally sound disposal.
Transfer hazardous or non-hazardous waste materials to collection areas for disposal, recycling, or reuse.
Other duties to be assigned.
