About The Position

The platform delivers laboratory-quality results in 30 minutes or less from a single small blood sample. Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • A minimum of 1 year of cGMP, ISO 13485 industry experience.
  • Ability to check for defects and identify and distinguish between colors.
  • Ability to read and carefully follow instructions written in English.
  • Experience in a start-up and/or pilot production environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Basic Computer Skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio.
  • Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills; organized and efficient.
  • Proven interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; excellent time management skills.
  • Able to excel in collaborative, fast-paced, and evolving start up environment; able to manage competing priorities.
  • Superb attention to detail; produces work of exceptional quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to proactively identify issues and address with solutions-oriented approach.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in GMP manufacturing and ISO-13485 environments is preferred.
  • Some exposure to life sciences, diagnostics, and or medical devices.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assemble materials.
  • Build product subassemblies or final assemblies.
  • Test products or subassemblies for functionality or quality.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Measure and record data associated with operating equipment.
  • Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity.
  • Provide production, progress, or changeover feedback to shift supervisors.
  • Clean production equipment or work areas.
  • Separate scrap or waste materials for recycling, reuse, or environmentally sound disposal.
  • Transfer hazardous or non-hazardous waste materials to collection areas for disposal, recycling, or reuse.
  • Other duties to be assigned.
