About The Position

We are hiring a Senior Manufacturing / Production Operator in Canonsburg, PA, supporting component-level electronics manufacturing, circuit card assembly, RF hardware, and complex electronic and mechanical systems in a defense environment. This 100% on-site role requires extensive experience with Circuit Card Assembly (CCA), component-level electronics, RF cable and harness fabrication, ribbon/strip line soldering, hardware integration, inspection, advanced fabrication, software loading/configuration, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).

Secret Clearance required to start
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant manufacturing, production, electronics assembly, or related experience.
Strong Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) and component-level electronics experience.
Experience with electronic and/or mechanical production assembly and hardware integration.
Experience fabricating RF and multifunction cables and harnesses.
Experience soldering ribbon and strip line components for RF applications.
Ability to perform advanced loading and configuration of customer or standard software on customer devices.
Ability to perform advanced fabrication and marking.
Solid knowledge of statistics and Statistical Process Control (SPC) applications.
Computer skills applicable to manufacturing and production operations.
Ability to work 100% on-site in Canonsburg, PA.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree or certification in a manufacturing-related discipline.
IPC 7711 certification.
Experience applying artificial intelligence (AI) to manufacturing continuous improvement and process innovation.

Responsibilities

Perform moderately complex repetitive and non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies, including modules, circuit boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
Fabricate, assemble, inspect, and integrate hardware in research, production, and pre-production manufacturing environments.
Build and integrate hardware for prototypes, assemblies, and large complex systems.
Perform component-level electronics and Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) work.
Build RF and multifunction cables and wire harnesses.
Perform ribbon and strip line soldering to support RF performance requirements.
Perform advanced fabrication, component marking, and related production processes.
Load and configure customer or standard software on customer devices.
Apply inspection methods and quality requirements throughout electronics manufacturing and assembly processes.
Apply statistics and Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to support manufacturing quality and process control.
