This role is for a 1st Shift Production Associate who will work hands-on to build products that make a real impact. The position offers a consistent daytime schedule, competitive weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package. Depending on the area, responsibilities may include assembling automotive parts, manufacturing components for various brands, building rebar assemblies, and bending/painting steel for construction projects. The company is involved in supporting major regional projects.
Requirements

- Ability to read, write, understand, and follow instructions and procedures
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs. throughout the shift

Responsibilities
- Operating and monitoring machines and equipment
- Assembling and fabricating parts
- Inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Reading and following work instructions and production schedules
- Keeping your work area safe, clean, and organized
- Working with your team to meet production goals
