As a Manufacturing Process Technician, you will be hands-on and detail-oriented in order to support our strong Safety and Quality culture while helping us meet operational rate expectations. In this role, you will operate equipment, troubleshoot issues and perform basic maintenance.

Requirements

  • Technical training or strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Manufacturing or production experience
  • Ability to work 12‑hour rotating shifts, including weekends and nights
  • Ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
  • Ability to work safely with PPE.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic English reading and writing skills.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with Lean manufacturing / Total Productive Maintenance Systems preferred, not required

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, reliable performance.
  • Make equipment adjustments, perform basic maintenance, and fix minor mechanical issues.
  • Follow standard operating procedures to meet production plans.
  • Follow all safety rules and use required PPE.
  • Complete quality checks and required documentation.
  • Work with the quality team to prevent issues.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and help reduce downtime and waste.
  • Share information during shift hand-offs.
  • Use digital tools to record data.
