About The Position

By 7:00am you’re on the floor, shadowing manufacturing engineers as product lines ramp up. You walk a cell to observe flow, compare notes against takt time, and flag quick wins for safety and quality. Mid-morning, you update a BOM and assist with Drop Zone Changes, then partner with quality and operations to scope a Kaizen focused on reducing changeover time. After lunch, you prepare a short readout for peers and managers, highlighting process data and recommendations framed around our guiding principles: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Performance.
