About The Position

Increase and optimize the overall engineering, maintenance, quality and safe operations of the material flow processes (Pour & Debridge, Small Parts, Packing and Shipping areas) through implementation of best practice technology, work design, and process support.

Requirements

Strong technical knowledge in process engineering principles and methodologies.
Analytical skills to assess, monitor, and troubleshoot process systems and their performance.
Problem-solving abilities to identify, analyze and resolve process related problems quickly and efficiently.
Ability to use process simulation software for designing, analyzing and optimizing processes.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex process-related information to various stakeholders, including non-technical staff.
Project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborative interpersonal skills to work efficiently with multidisciplinary teams and foster a harmonious working environment.
Attention to detail to ensure all specifications and regulations are met during the process design and implementation stages.
Understanding of health and safety regulations to ensure all processes are compliant and safe.
Ability to adapt to new technology and software that could enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
