Our Auburn, Maine Plant is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join the team. This role will support needs across multiple operating departments, contributing to the overall expansion, maintenance, and step-change manufacturing capability of the site. Successful candidates will break down technical barriers, guide project teams through innovation projects, and bring new capacity to the site. The Auburn plant, founded in 1968, manufactures the majority of P&G's tampon products for worldwide distribution and has almost 600 full-time employees. The plant operates under core values of safety, quality, and trust in people and systems. P&G's flexibility, technical mastery, and agility contribute to stability and long-term success. This role is onsite Monday through Friday, with typical days starting at 7 am.
