About The Position

onsemi is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to work as a CFA Process Engineer. This role supports the manufacture of Image Sensor product lines within the Color Filter Array (CFA) manufacturing processes. The primary responsibility is to sustain CFA manufacturing processes, including photolithography, wet processes, dry etch, metrology, and real-time defect analysis (RDA), and to drive engineering issues to resolution. This position operates on a rotating shift schedule, with employees rotating between night and day shifts every 3 to 4 months. The compressed shift schedule includes E shift (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Saturday) and A shift (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Wednesday), both from 6 am to 6 pm.

Requirements

  • Hands-on approach to process engineering.
  • Experience with CFA manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of photolithography.
  • Experience with wet processes.
  • Experience with dry etch.
  • Experience with metrology.
  • Experience with real-time defect analysis (RDA).
  • Ability to drive engineering issues to resolution.
