Responsibilities
- Drive the development, validation, and continuous improvement of battery manufacturing processes, enhancing yield, efficiency, and cost performance.
- Lead fault resolution and equipment digitalization initiatives.
- Establish robust PFMEA, control plans, and SOPs.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to eliminate waste and variation.
- Work cross-functionally with design engineering, quality, supply chain, and EHS teams.
- Support new product launches.
- Perform root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards unique to battery manufacturing.
- Mentor operators and engineers.
- Stay ahead of emerging battery technologies.
- Foster a culture of trust, diverse thinking, and strong leadership.
