About The Position
We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead process improvement initiatives, optimize production operations, and support the development of world-class manufacturing processes. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related discipline.
- 7+ years of manufacturing process engineering experience.
- Proven success leading Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence initiatives.
- Strong experience with process analysis, statistical methods, and manufacturing metrics.
- Experience creating PFMEAs and supporting quality-driven manufacturing environments.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities
- Analyze, develop, and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, throughput, quality, and workplace safety.
- Lead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Continuous Process Improvement initiatives throughout the facility.
- Identify production bottlenecks, reduce waste, and implement solutions that improve operational performance.
- Collect and analyze production data using statistical tools to drive process improvements and support decision-making.
- Develop process flow diagrams, work instructions, manufacturing documentation, and standardized procedures.
- Create and maintain PFMEAs, preventive maintenance documentation, and operator training materials.
- Evaluate facility layouts, workspace utilization, and equipment requirements to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Recommend, justify, and implement new manufacturing equipment and process improvements.
- Collaborate with production, quality, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve manufacturing issues and improve performance.
