About The Position

This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations within a manufacturing plant. The HR Manager will support supervisors and managers by providing HR advice on policies and procedures, and will play a key role in planning and facilitating training to ensure compliance with annual training requirements. The position also focuses on promoting a positive work environment through effective communication, assisting with retention initiatives, and conducting audits to ensure compliance with company policies. Additionally, the HR Manager will handle investigations, maintain complaint records, and promote community relations.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in HR, Business or other closely related field.
5+ years HR, employee engagement and relations experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent knowledge of federal and state employment law (i.e., Title VII, EEOC, ADAA, FMLA, etc.).
Excellent conflict resolution skills.
Strong technology and computer skills.
Organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Promote community relations throughout the community.
Perform all other relevant duties to the job.
