About The Position

The Manufacturing Planner (Hardware Rep, Level 3) is responsible for coordinating inter-departmental tooling fabrication activities and optimizing material flow through the supply chain. This role supports tooling fabrication, expedites material flow, and maintains production system integrity. The position is located in Grand Prairie, TX and requires U.S. citizenship due to facility access requirements.

Nice To Haves

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
Experience in manufacturing
Experience with material requirements and Shop/Dock/Receiving/Warehouse/Shipping areas.
Inventory Control and material handling knowledge
Greenbelt / blackbelt trained / certified
Ability to understand engineering drawings and parts lists
Experience with PLM tools (Windchill) and ERP/MES systems (SAP, Apriso)

Responsibilities

Manage tooling projects as they move through the fabrication shop.
Track and control dozens of tools across multiple programs, ensuring schedule adherence.
Serve as the primary liaison between programs and the shop, confirming delivery dates and providing regular status updates.
Partner with shop supervisors, frontline personnel, and the tool-planning, design, and MRP teams to resolve delivery issues.
Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous-improvement initiatives that reduce lead time.
