About The Position

The Manufacturing Planner will be responsible for optimizing inventory, coordinating schedules, and aligning production with customer requirements. This role is part of the Missiles and Fire Control team, which focuses on planning and coordinating manufacturing activities to ensure efficient production of high-quality products.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
• Ability to work remotely
• Onsite

Nice To Haves

• Experience with MRP/ERP (such as SAP).
• Experience with inventory control and demand planning.
• Experience with leading large projects / initiatives and briefing to director level status.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules.
• Analyze inventory levels and recommend optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering and supply chain to resolve bottlenecks.
• Monitor cost drivers and implement cost-saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
