About The Position

This position is within the Replenishment Center Operation’s (RCO) team supporting AMMM, F-22, F-35, F-16, ADP and sustainment programs. The role involves supervising represented personnel supporting a two-shift operation, overseeing key performance indicators related to inventory and production control shop floor activities, and monitoring material requirements to mitigate negative impacts on production. The position also oversees inventory control, receiving activity, kitting activity, and warehouse quality control and compliance. It controls the flow of materials through RCO processes to the shop floor or to support external needs, monitors schedule execution to the program plan, and ensures material requirements are satisfied to mitigate parts constraints and other negative impacts to production.

Requirements

Working in a large scale manufacturing environment
Leadership experience
Great oral and written communication

Responsibilities

Supervises represented personnel, supporting a two-shift operation
Oversees and monitors key performance indicators related to Inventory and Production Control shop floor activities for parts movement and requirement planning
