Requirements

Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma. GED required.
5 years of supply chain experience.
Experience applying Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Working knowledge of supply planning processes, capacity modeling, and inventory management
Solid understanding of manufacturing operations and end-to-end supply chain dynamics
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
Proven ability to partner with diverse groups, including manufacturing, planning, quality, customer care, and product management
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
Ability to provide clear, consistent updates to leadership on project status, risks, and performance against goals
Ability to support occasional overtime to meet business needs.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain or Operations highly desired.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage production schedules and inventory plans to ensure on-time product delivery and efficient use of manufacturing capacity.
Balance supply and demand while supporting operational performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, material planning, quality, and other teams to align priorities, resolve constraints, and support new product introductions.
Evaluate key factors, identify risks, and make data-driven decisions that improve production efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and strengthen planning accuracy.
