Requirements

  • Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma. GED required.
  • 5 years of supply chain experience.
  • Experience applying Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Working knowledge of supply planning processes, capacity modeling, and inventory management
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing operations and end-to-end supply chain dynamics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to partner with diverse groups, including manufacturing, planning, quality, customer care, and product management
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to provide clear, consistent updates to leadership on project status, risks, and performance against goals
  • Ability to support occasional overtime to meet business needs.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain or Operations highly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage production schedules and inventory plans to ensure on-time product delivery and efficient use of manufacturing capacity.
  • Balance supply and demand while supporting operational performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, material planning, quality, and other teams to align priorities, resolve constraints, and support new product introductions.
  • Evaluate key factors, identify risks, and make data-driven decisions that improve production efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and strengthen planning accuracy.
