About The Position

Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes and production planning. Collaborate with manufacturing engineering teams to review build flows and ensure producibility. Create and maintain manufacturing work instructions. Identify and resolve manufacturing issues to improve product quality and production efficiency. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and enhance overall manufacturing performance. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Secret clearance (required after start)
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing planning and production support
• Experience with CAD software
• Experience with manufacturing simulation tools
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Ability to follow and enforce standardized manufacturing processes
• Ability to work with work instructions and process procedures
• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR)

Nice To Haves

• STEM-focused Associate's degree
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Competency in Model-Based Design
• Competency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Competency in MESci or similar manufacturing systems
• Competency in Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems (e.g., CompassContract)
• Experience with CAD software suites
• Experience with Windchill or similar engineering data management systems
• Experience with Siemens Teamcenter
