About The Position

Viracon LLC is seeking a Machine Operator to join their manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate automated cutting equipment, follow production schedules, and ensure glass products are processed accurately, safely, and efficiently. Requirements

• Ability to read and follow work instructions in English
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to read measurements and perform basic math calculations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong safety mindset

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate automated glass cutting equipment and production machinery
• Review production schedules and optimization paperwork
• Load and organize glass according to production requirements
• Monitor product quality and perform basic machine adjustments
• Maintain production records using computer systems
• Support staging, breakout, and utility functions as needed
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards
• Help maintain a clean and organized work area
