As a Stecker Machine CNC Operator, you will be precisely machining cast metal parts, feeling a sense of accomplishment every shift, and teaming with people who want you to succeed. Instead of hearing your boss scream, “You need to work harder!” you will work smarter, running precise CNC machines. No experience is needed. You will get initial on the job training.
