Our innovative products help enhance the agility, safety, and survivability of those who serve. We're looking for an experienced Manufacturing Operators to join our Weekend Shift Team. If you're a hands-on problem solver with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Strong attention to detail
Basic math skills
Ability to read and follow work instructions
Strong teamwork and communication skills
A dependable work ethic and commitment to safety
Ability to use computers, tracking systems, and machine programs
Ability to identify materials and products and perform quality inspections
Willingness to complete required training and work in a manufacturing environment
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during a shift
Ability to bend, stoop, and move throughout the workday
Ability to lift and move materials and finished products as needed
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

Support the manufacturing of world-class protective equipment through tasks such as: Assembly, Cutting Edge blasting and drilling, Molding, Painting, Finishing/Trimming/Bonding, Stapling.
Performing visual quality inspections.
Following work instructions and safety procedures.
Supporting production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
