Manufacturing Operator – Battery Production
About The Position
Packet Digital is opening a new lithium‑ion battery manufacturing facility in Fargo, ND and is hiring Manufacturing Operators to support production of high‑performance battery cells. In this role, you'll operate and monitor automated equipment used in battery cell manufacturing, including mixing, coating, electrode cutting, stacking/winding, welding, electrolyte filling, formation, and final inspection. You'll follow standard operating procedures, perform in‑process quality checks, and work in clean‑room or dry‑room environments with PPE. This position is ideal for dependable, detail‑oriented individuals who enjoy hands‑on manufacturing and being part of launching a new production facility.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable working in controlled environments
