The Production Operator will follow established procedures and guidelines to manufacture the organization's products according to production specifications and schedules, volume, cost, and wastage targets, and quality standards. This position works out of our Casa Grande, Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED

- Previous experience working in a regulated manufacturing work environment
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all tasks associated with retort or aseptically sterilizing, filling and sealing of Infant and Medical Nutritionals.
- Operation of all related filling, processing and sterilizing equipment and sampling responsibilities.
- Responsible for safety, general housekeeping and team support.
- May also be required to operate finishing equipment (depalletizer, labeler, casepacker, capper, etc.).
- Operate machines and production equipment safely and in accordance with instructions.
- Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
- Maintain accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
- Meet compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.
