About The Position

The Manufacturing Operator will promote a safe workplace and follow all established work policies. This role involves performing molding, demolding, and other manufacturing-related duties. The operator will also help train and oversee less experienced team members to ensure daily production goals are achieved and assist the Lead-Materials Processor with the operation of manufacturing equipment to produce PVA sponge product meeting specifications. Responsibilities include cleaning and assembling PVA sponge molds, following established process operating and safety procedures, and contributing to the maintenance and improvement of overall company personnel safety. Adherence to all Company, department quality, and Safety procedures is required. Other job-related duties may be assigned.

Requirements

High school graduate or general education degree (GED).
Ability to follow written instructions.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Average computer skills.
Ability to work as a team member.
Good problem-solving skills.
Proven safety record.
Must be clean shaven within OSHA regulations when required to wear a respirator.

Responsibilities
