About The Position

Graver Technologies is a U.S. based company serving the industrial filtration, separation and purification needs of companies around the globe. We are located in Glasgow, DE and a member of The Marmon Group (a Berkshire Hathaway Company), an international corporation with more than $8 billion in annual sales. We are seeking Shift Manufacturing Operators to work in our plant to support the manufacturing of our filtration products. Compensation for the role is $17.00/hour + $1.00 shift differential. 2nd Shift Hours are Monday through Friday: 2:00PM-10:30PM Summary: This position is responsible for efficient operation of designated production equipment as assigned.

Requirements

Ability to read and understand specifications.
Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently.
Ability to stand all of shift.
Possess or have the ability to obtain a forklift license.
Ability to use various measuring instruments.
Ability to perform basic math functions.
Computer literate/able to use PLC interface.
Manufacturing equipment troubleshooting and repair experience.

Nice To Haves

Ability to work overtime periodically (all shifts), including weekends.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Understand and follow all safety procedures.
Perform and document production logs and products.
Document and report raw material consumption for all finished good product.
Complete all required documentation that relate to product produced (Example Include Bill of Materials, Lot Traceability, etc).
Communicate any quality issues to appropriate personnel.
Provide the data necessary to help properly disposition nonconforming material.
Assign lot numbers for material traceability.
Ensure all operations conform to our ISO 9001:2015 standards.
