Safely perform and monitor chemical reactions, ensuring proper control of temperature, pressure, and material inputs in accordance with standard operating procedures. Execute hydro-silation processes, including setup, monitoring, and adjustment of reaction parameters to meet product specifications. Operate and oversee distillation processes, including equipment setup, separation monitoring, and quality verification of output materials. Conduct induction, shear, and other inline blending processes by preparing materials, operating process equipment, and ensuring consistent processing conditions. Perform metered blending and continuous manufacturing processing, accurately controlling flow rates and material inputs to achieve precise formulations. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • 3-5 years of progressive chemical operator experience
  • 1+ year hands on ERP experience
  • Hi-Lo Experience in a manufacturing environment is required

Nice To Haves

  • Chemical Process Technology Degree Preferred
