This role is for the UD Fill - B1 Shift, working 7am-7:30pm on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and every other Wednesday. The position requires the ability to become and maintain aseptic gown certification. The operator must adhere to all aseptic practices and procedures, as well as Environmental, Health and Safety procedures and guidelines, fostering a proactive safety culture. Responsibilities include performing housekeeping cleans on finishing lines, completing line clearances for lot and list changes, and blowing down finishing lines/equipment. The role also involves assisting in the setup of automated equipment in primary or secondary packaging areas, servicing and operating automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment to produce finished product, and performing quality-impactful tasks such as challenges, parameter checks, sample pulling, in-process checks, and bulk/commodity accountability. Additionally, the operator will sustain 6S of parts and tooling, escalate issues to appropriate groups, and communicate improvement opportunities. The role requires working closely with the production schedule, understanding line priorities, troubleshooting minor equipment issues, and performing minor adjustments to improve equipment efficiencies, all with minimal supervision.
