About The Position

Join a leading Biotech manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Operator I on the first shift in Eugene, OR. Requirements

High school diploma or GED
2-5 years of experience in packaging or production environments
Demonstrated proficiency in equipment operation and protocol adherence
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks
Comfortable with chemical handling and safety practices
Basic computational skills and record-keeping ability

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a laboratory or biotech production setting
Knowledge of ISO 13485 and GMP documentation

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production equipment, adjusting for optimal efficiency and quality
Collaborate with technicians to fill, label, and package products with accuracy
Complete and review production paperwork, including product and label reconciliation, labor sheets, and quality checks
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and ISO 13485 guidelines without deviation
Handle chemicals and hazardous materials safely, adhering to company safety protocols
Clean and sanitize work areas, glassware, and equipment to maintain a sterile environment
Communicate and coordinate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow
Adapt to a fast-paced setting and shifting priorities, with flexibility for overtime or shift changes as needed
