About The Position

This is an entry-level production manufacturing role focused on the creation of sectional and rolling doors and their components. The operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining various heavy machinery, ensuring products meet specifications and quality standards, and utilizing various tools and equipment for fabrication and assembly.

Requirements

• Able to read and understand work instructions in English.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.

Nice To Haves

• Industrial manufacturing experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain heavy manufacturing equipment including roll forming, press operation, milling, fabrication, welding, cutting, routing, molding, and extrusion.
• Manufacture products and components according to specifications, drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), work orders, and run schedules.
• Ensure product specifications and quality by following procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining proper settings, and adhering to quality standards.
• Verify product specifications and quality through inspection, observation, and measuring work pieces.
• Adjust machine/equipment performance to meet product specifications and quality standards.
• Utilize hand and power tools, cranes, and other material handling devices for manufacturing assistance.
• Fabricate and assemble sectional and rolling door sections and component materials as required.
