About The Position

International is seeking a driven Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to lead the Engine Trim in General Assembly department at the state-of-the-art International San Antonio Manufacturing Plant—a benchmark facility producing Class 6–8 trucks and Electric Vehicles using advanced engineering and world-class manufacturing principles. As a key contributor to a site that supports industry growth, strengthens market share, and enhances quality, the Manufacturing Operations Supervisor will oversee up to 50 hourly employees while driving safety, quality, production performance, and continuous improvement. We’re looking for a strong people leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates effectively across functions, and fosters a high-performance culture. San Antonio Manufacturing runs a 4x10 production schedule (Mon-Thurs, 5:30AM - 4:00PM). This role will support production and may need to cover production recovery times including Fridays and weekends as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of production/manufacturing experience OR Master's degree and at least 1 year of production/manufacturing experience OR At least 5 years of production/manufacturing experience
  • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
  • We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading hourly teams in manufacturing
  • Automotive or Manufacturing / Assembly Experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-demand environment
