About The Position
The Production Manufacturing Manager plays a key role in driving safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. This leader will help to continue building a safety-first culture while improving operational performance, employee engagement, and on-time delivery.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in a production environment.
- Experience leading hourly manufacturing teams.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement principles.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- ERP system and Microsoft Office experience required.
Nice To Haves
- EHS or safety leadership experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and inventory goals.
- Supervise and develop hourly production employees while fostering accountability and teamwork.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand and operational targets.
- Partner with Maintenance, EHS, and Quality teams to ensure equipment reliability, compliance, and consistent processes.
- Identify operational issues and implement long-term improvements related to safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Utilize ERP systems for inventory management, material planning, and production tracking.
- Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards throughout the facility.
