About The Position

PowerPusher®, a division of TC Nu-Star Inc., designs and manufactures innovative material handling equipment that improves workplace safety and productivity around the world. We're looking for a hands-on Operations Manager who knows how to build and scale operations in a growing, smaller-company environment. The right person has experience building teams, processes, and structure from the ground up-not simply stepping into an already established operation. Requirements

5+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience.
Experience in fabrication, welding, assembly, or engineered-to-order manufacturing preferred.
Experience building or significantly improving manufacturing operations and processes.
Strong purchasing, inventory, and supply chain management experience.
ERP/MRP experience required (NetSuite preferred).
A hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, solving problems, and driving results.

Responsibilities

Lead daily manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, receiving, and materials operations.
Oversee purchasing, inventory, and production scheduling to ensure on-time delivery.
Develop and coach high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Drive Lean initiatives and operational efficiencies that improve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Partner with Engineering, Sales, Finance, Quality, and IT to support business growth.
Utilize ERP/MRP systems to improve planning, inventory accuracy, and operational performance.
