About The Position

We are seeking a Manufacturing Operations Associate to support continuous manufacturing operations by performing and monitoring thermal processing activities while maintaining product identification, material control, traceability, and process compliance. The position will support production line activities including material dispensing, line startup, changeover, and line clearance. The successful candidate will accurately complete DHRs, production records, logbooks, and other required documentation while following established SOPs, GMP requirements, safety procedures, and manufacturing practices. The operator will also monitor production activities, maintain material accountability, and communicate shortages, discrepancies, or process concerns to the Lead Operator.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, thermal processing, packaging, materials, warehouse, or quality environment preferred.
  • Ability to accurately identify materials, components, quantities, lot numbers, and product information.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor production processes accurately.
  • Ability to follow SOPs, GMP requirements, safety procedures, and established work instructions.
  • Experience with production documentation, DHRs, logbooks, or manufacturing records is preferred.
  • Understanding of material control, product identification, traceability, and reconciliation practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to identify and communicate material discrepancies, process issues, or production concerns.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong commitment to quality, safety, compliance, and continuous production.
  • Ability to work the assigned 1st shift schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Perform and monitor thermal processing activities according to established procedures and production requirements.
  • Dispense required materials and components to the assigned production line.
  • Verify correct materials, quantities, lot numbers, and identification before use.
  • Maintain a continuous supply of materials to prevent production interruptions.
  • Maintain accurate material and product identification throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Complete required DHR documentation, production records, logbooks, and other manufacturing documentation accurately and timely.
  • Maintain complete material and product traceability throughout production.
  • Support production line startup and changeover activities.
  • Perform and support line clearance activities as required.
  • Account for unused, rejected, and scrap materials in accordance with established procedures.
  • Monitor processing activities and promptly communicate abnormalities or discrepancies.
  • Maintain the assigned work area in a clean, organized, and compliant condition.
  • Maintain required production records, logbooks, and documentation.
  • Communicate material shortages, discrepancies, equipment concerns, or production issues to the Lead Operator.
  • Follow all applicable SOPs, GMP requirements, safety procedures, and established manufacturing practices.
  • Support continuous production activities and respond to manufacturing line needs throughout the assigned shift.
  • Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
