About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analysts (Level 3) to support the 777 Workforce Integration (WIT) /Staffing Team) located in Everett, Washington. This role involves partnering with internal stakeholders to develop and execute workforce plans, ensuring the right skills and headcount are available to meet build schedules. The analyst will drive project success by managing daily tasks, tracking timelines, and communicating progress and risks. They will also conduct process assessments, analyze data, and develop strategies using Lean methodologies. The role requires effective communication across the business and at multiple management levels, continuous risk assessment, and the development of data-driven presentations to align priorities with partner organizations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
  • 3+ years of experience in performing data analysis
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • 1+ year of experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Must be adaptable and able to execute with urgency
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute workforce plans for 777 Manufacturing Business Units, ensuring the appropriate skills and headcount are available and positioned to meet build schedules
  • Drive project success by managing daily tasks, tracking timelines against milestones, and proactively communicating progress and risks to stakeholders.
  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
  • Analyzes and interprets data
  • Be able to communicate effectively across all parts of the business and at multiple levels of management
  • Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes
  • Works under general direction
  • Continuously assess potential risks and identify gaps in processes or resources that may impact business operations
  • Develop data-driven presentations and lead stakeholder meetings to communicate insights, recommendations, and action plans to partner organizations to align priorities.
