About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Mid-Level Manufacturing Operations Analyst to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. This position consists of developing new advanced concepts for multiple development programs and will be embedded with Operations as well as Production Engineering, supporting the entire product life cycle of the program.

Requirements

2 or more years of experience in inventory management
1 or more years of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
Ability to quickly learn and use new software and systems
Ability to Obtain U.S. Top Secret/SCI – Post-Start
U.S. Citizenship required for security clearance

Nice To Haves

Current Active Top Secret clearance
Experience working in a Manufacturing or production environment
Experience operating and implementing RFID and/or bar coding property and/or material management system

Responsibilities

Monitor chemical and consumable availability for the facility, including tracking of shelf life, time and temperature, min/max quantities, and other relevant aspects to ensure there is always adequate inventory on hand. Utilize a standard tool for tracking and reporting status on a regular basis. Work with purchasing to place orders and work with technicians and production personnel to assess upcoming requirements.
Use existing systems and processes to track inventory, provide on-hand reports, and communicate with program personnel on availability of stock parts.
Oversee tool crib, focusing on ensuring calibration of test equipment and tools is current. Provide weekly metrics. Assist with processing of out of tolerance and significantly out of tolerance tools. Support tool control within laboratories.
Support additional production control, inventory management, and other operational tasks as needed.
