Requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing or operations environment
- Experience communicating with employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership
- Experience and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project and PowerPoint and the ability to learn in-house systems
- Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
- Requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment
- Familiarity with procurement and inventory management systems
- Experience with bookkeeping and/or accounting
- Experience in a role that required strong problem solving skills and analytical skills
- Experience with project management and self-managing projects
Responsibilities
- Maintains and updates accurate records, performing regular self-audits to ensure data integrity
- Orders, tracks, and distributes Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to factory personnel
- Coordinates employee access, visitor sign-ins, and enforce security protocols
- Manages procurement and inventory of non-production materials, including office supplies, PPE, and facility-related items
- Supports new hire onboarding processes and related administrative tasks
- Assists with external audits and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing projects and operational efficiency initiatives
- Provides administrative assistance to resolve emergent issues and support daily factory operations
