About The Position
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analysts (Level 3) to support the 777 Workforce Integration (WIT) team located in Everett, Washington. This role involves conducting compliance sweeps, generating reports, assisting shops with projects and strategies for a compliant and FOD-free product, and preparing for internal and FAA audits. The analyst will also develop strong working relationships with shop personnel and work with 5S and Tool Champions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of experience in performing data analysis
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- 1+ year of experience working with cross-functional teams
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of experience presenting information to senior leadership
- Strong data analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Must be adaptable and able to execute with urgency
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Coordinate resources to enhance operational efficiency
Responsibilities
- Conduct compliance sweeps and generate reports to the Program, MVT administration.
- Assist shops with projects and strategies to enable a compliant and FOD free product.
- Assist shops in preparing for Internal and FAA audit and assist in resolution of any findings generated.
- Develop strong working relationships with shop personnel from mechanics to senior leadership.
- Work with 5S and Tool Champions.
