About The Position

We are seeking a talented individual for the 777 BPS/Lean Integration Team as a Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst, supporting all of the 777 MBUs with process improvement and efficiency projects and initiatives in Everett Washington. This role leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers. The analyst conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria, analyzes and interprets data, and provides feedback on assessment results. They identify opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk and work with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives, working at the appropriate level in the organization to implement these strategies and plans. This position works under minimal direction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
  • 3+ years of experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or continuous improvement practices and tools in the workplace
  • 3+ years of Data Analysis experience
  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • 3+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers, and multiple levels of leadership

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience with Project management
  • 3+ years of experience with leading and influencing cross-functional teams
  • 3+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or One Boeing Production System (One BPS)
