About The Position

Master Halco, Fence & Deck Supply, North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor of fence and deck products is seeking a Manufacturing Operation Specialist 1 to work at our West Memphis, AR plant. The Manufacturing Operation Specialist will use forklift equipment to move heavy materials around the plant and provides assistance as requested. This is a very exciting time to join our company. Requirements

Forklift and warehouse experience required
Experience loading flatbed trailers required
Basic computer skills
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to work effectively in team environment
Ability to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

Operating a forklift to pick and transport heavy materials around the plant
Accurately loads/unloads material from enclosed truck trailers
Driving yard truck with attached semi-trailer including backing trailer up to dock bays
Maintain forklifts by completing preventive maintenance.
Reports any malfunctions, failures, or repairs to management
Maintains quality products by following company policies and standards
Maintains clean and safe working environment
Inspects all product being shipped and received for defects to ensure quality standards are met
Picks, packs, and ships materials
Keep areas fully stocked to support production
Provides assistance where necessary
