About The Position

Atlas Roofing is seeking a high-impact Multi-Site Scheduler for our Phoenix, AZ and Northglenn, CO. manufacturing facilities. Atlas roofing promotes from within and values continuous improvement. You will collaborate across operations, purchasing, and shipping teams to keep production running smoothly while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of related production planning, scheduling, inventory, or manufacturing experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage changing priorities and customer demands in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and mathematical skills, including inventory calculations and order conversions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and operational documents
Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and ethical business conduct
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong data entry and computer skills
Ability to quickly learn customer and product details

Nice To Haves

Associate degree from a 2-year college or technical school preferred
Experience using ERP systems such as PeopleSoft preferred

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines
Coordinate production priorities with operations, maintenance, quality, warehouse, and shipping departments
Monitor staffing, machine availability, and production capacity to optimize workflow and reduce downtime
Adjust schedules to address material shortages, equipment issues, or changing customer requirements
Work closely with purchasing to ensure raw materials, packaging, and consumables are available to support production plans
Manage inventory levels for make-to-stock items and maintain accurate finished goods records
Perform weekly cycle counts and assist with month-end inventory reconciliation
Analyze production trends and data to improve forecasting and operational efficiency
Clearly communicate schedule updates and production priorities to team members
Support continuous improvement efforts related to planning, scheduling, and overall plant performance
Travel periodically to other company sites for collaboration and engagement
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Plant Manager
