Join our manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Methods Engineering Technician (2nd shift) and play a key role in driving operational efficiency and equipment reliability. - Quality Control & Inspection — intermediate level; ensuring products meet specifications through systematic testing and validation
- Manufacturing Process Optimization — intermediate level; analyzing workflows to enhance throughput and reduce cycle times
- Digital Literacy — intermediate level; using digital tools and systems to monitor and improve operational performance
- Influencing Skills — intermediate level; collaborating with teams to gain buy-in for process changes and improvements
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and optimizing manufacturing systems to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency
- Execute preventive maintenance programs and troubleshoot equipment issues to reduce downtime
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles and data-driven analysis
- Maintain compliance with operational health and safety standards while ensuring quality control across production
