About The Position

Pentair is hiring a Manufacturing Material Handler for its New Brighton, Minnesota team. The role prepares materials accurately from the supermarket to support the production schedule and replenishes materials using pick lists and visual replenishment signals. The handler delivers materials to production within the facility on a timed, consumption-based schedule, supports Lean/5S continuous improvement and safety standards, and uses appropriate material-handling equipment to pick, deliver, and put away materials. The position requires standing, walking, twisting at the waist, and lifting and lowering weights up to 50 pounds. Steel-toed shoes are required on the distribution floor. This is a first-shift role working 4:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, with overtime as needed. The hourly pay is $20.00, with an opportunity for a rate increase after proficiency in certain skills and completion of training. Actual pay may vary based on achievements, skills, and experience.

Requirements

Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and tuggers.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, twist at the waist, and lift and lower weights.
Steel-toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
Ability to learn Pentair products and basic product structures.

Prior material handling experience is preferred.
