About The Position

Pentair is seeking a temporary Manufacturing Material Handler for their New Brighton, MN team. This role involves preparing materials accurately from the supermarket to support the production schedule and replenishing materials using pick lists and visual signals. The company focuses on sustainable water solutions and has a global presence with approximately 10,500 employees serving customers in over 150 countries.

Requirements

• Prior material handling experience is preferred.
• Must have the ability to learn Pentair’s products and basic product structures.
• Experience operating forklift, pallet jacks, and tugger.
• Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting and lowering weights.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist at the waist.
• Steel-toed footwear is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials in an accurate manner from the supermarket to support production schedule.
• Replenishment of material through material pick lists and visual replenishment signals.
• Deliver materials for customer orders to production on a timed, consumption-based delivery within the facility.
• Support and promote Lean/5S continuous improvement and safety standards.
• Utilize appropriate equipment (forklift, tugger, WAV, etc.) to pick, deliver and put away materials.
