About The Position

Manufacturing Manager Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Manufacturing Managers (Level K) to join the Electrical Systems Responsibility Center team in Everett, Washington. This position is for 2nd Shift . Position Responsibilities: Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing discipline Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes Coaches, develops and motivates employees

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment
  • 1+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role
  • 1+ years of experience applying continuous improvement tools and techniques
  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of experience managing Key Performance Indicators within Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Manufacturing data
  • 3+ years of experience using Boeing Production System (BPS)
  • Commitment to Go for Zero and Incident Injury Free (IIF) principles
