Provide leadership and guidance to shift teams in a NON-TRADITIONAL, HIGH PERFORMANCE WORK ENVIRONMENT, that promote personal development, accountability, shift to shift consistency, and managerial cooperation so that the Key Performance Measures (KPM) are met through continuous improvement. This position will include overall responsibilities for technical and non-technical training for all employees. The position will change over time to focus more on employee selection and retention strategies, budgetary responsibilities, and additional work assignments.
