The manager will interpret business challenges, recommend best practices, and stay informed of industry trends. High levels of judgment are needed for complex tasks in operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering areas. The ability to assess information quality, ask pertinent questions, and offer novel solutions outside of set parameters is crucial.
