About The Position

We are hiring an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep production equipment running safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. This is a hands-on maintenance position where you will troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain a variety of manufacturing equipment and systems. If you enjoy diagnosing problems, working with machinery, and keeping production moving, this could be a great opportunity for you. Candidates with experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Mechanical Technician, Electro-Mechanical Technician, Industrial Mechanic, Automotive Technician, Farm Equipment Mechanic, CNC Maintenance Technician, or Manufacturing Maintenance Technician are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

2+ years of industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, or related experience
Related technical education or training may also be considered.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Ability to troubleshoot electrical components.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Basic PLC and robotics experience preferred.
Manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in any of the following areas is a plus: Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance, Electro-Mechanical Maintenance, PLC Troubleshooting, Robotics, CNC Equipment, Preventive Maintenance, Conveyor Systems, Hydraulic Systems, Pneumatic Systems, Automotive or Equipment Repair

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery.
Install, maintain, and upgrade manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and automated machinery.
Diagnose equipment failures and identify root causes.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Assist with repairs, fabrication, and assembly of mechanical components.
Support continuous improvement efforts designed to reduce equipment downtime.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Respond to equipment issues and help restore production as quickly and safely as possible.
