About The Position

We are hiring an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep production equipment running safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. This is a hands-on maintenance position where you will troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain a variety of manufacturing equipment and systems. If you enjoy diagnosing problems, working with machinery, and keeping production moving, this could be a great opportunity for you. Candidates with experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Mechanical Technician, Electro-Mechanical Technician, Industrial Mechanic, Automotive Technician, Farm Equipment Mechanic, CNC Maintenance Technician, or Manufacturing Maintenance Technician are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, or related experience
  • Related technical education or training may also be considered.
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical components.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Basic PLC and robotics experience preferred.
  • Manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in any of the following areas is a plus: Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance, Electro-Mechanical Maintenance, PLC Troubleshooting, Robotics, CNC Equipment, Preventive Maintenance, Conveyor Systems, Hydraulic Systems, Pneumatic Systems, Automotive or Equipment Repair

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery.
  • Install, maintain, and upgrade manufacturing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and automated machinery.
  • Diagnose equipment failures and identify root causes.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Assist with repairs, fabrication, and assembly of mechanical components.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts designed to reduce equipment downtime.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Respond to equipment issues and help restore production as quickly and safely as possible.
