Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Requirements
- Strong problem-solving; able to work independently and with a team.
- Hands-on experience with industrial maintenance systems including motors, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, pneumatics, hydraulics, basic to intermediate electrical troubleshooting (sensors, switches, control wiring), PLC/VFD and automation systems.

- Experience with welding and fabrication.
Responsibilities
- Reduce downtime through fast troubleshooting, solid repairs, and consistent preventive maintenance.
- Mechanical troubleshooting on motors, gearboxes, pumps, and conveyors.
- Working with pneumatics and hydraulics.
- Basic to intermediate electrical troubleshooting (sensors, switches, control wiring).
- Reading mechanical drawings/schematics.
- Welding and fabrication as needed.
- Supporting PLC/VFD and automation systems.
- Completing maintenance documentation/logs.
- Following safety compliance requirements.
- Checking the maintenance board and open items from the prior shift.
- Responding to equipment issues as they come up.
- Coordinating timing with production so work gets done with minimal disruption.
- Working through scheduled PMs.
- Updating logs as tasks close out.
- Keeping tools and parts organized for the next job.
